The Office: Michael Scott's Karate Blue Belt

In Season 2, Episode 1 ("The Dundies"), Michael mentions that he took a self-defense class, which included a few karate moves. Later in Season 4, Episode 1 ("Fun Run"), Michael tries to demonstrate his karate skills by breaking a piece of wood, but he injures himself in the process.
